Weak seams

I've purchased and worn two pairs of these slippers. I loved my first pair because they were comfortable and kept my feet perfectly warm. I was disappointed by the quality of my second pair because the seam on the left slipper tore within a couple of weeks. I got busy and did not follow up with the company.

always out of stock!

This slipper has been out of stock for months. When do you expect it back in stock?

Not a slip on, poor arch support

Not a slip on and poor arch support Barbara on Oct 12, 2020 I bought these because they are advertised as slip on and they are supposed to have the Abeo arch support. I have on and off problems with my back and hips and wanted a slip on. The back folds down when I try to slip my foot in and I definitely need a long handled shoe horn to put these on. If you really need a slip on and don’t want to have to use a long handled shoe horn then I do not recommend this product. The arch support is pretty much non existent. The insert has a small arch that I can push down with my fingers. It totally collapses under my body weight

The insert has a small arch that I can push down with my fingers. It totally collapses under my body weight. They seem well made, are very warm, cute and otherwise very comfortable. I’m trying them with my own arch support which is not as soft and cozy feeling as the ones that come with the slipper but I usually wear socks so it doesn’t matter that much. They also run a bit small. I usually wear a 10 and have room for extra inserts. These 10’s just fit and no room for extra inserts. I’m still deciding if I will keep them. I got 20 percent off and would not have purchased them without the discount. Still very expensive.

Great Slipper but misleading description

I love and LIVE in these slippers and was excited to see them on sale. However, I require a metataursal insert and at no point was I able to select neutral vs meta insert, even though the description stated that was available: " designed to fit your specific arch type." I have ordered meta before so I know it is an option. Since I was not given a choice when I ordered I thought perhaps there was a new BIO insert, but when I received my slippers they were simply Neutral. At no point in the ordering process did they state it was a Neutral insert. I feel like they deceived me on purpose to get rid of old Neutral stock.
