Order Processing Times

ABEO process orders 6 days a week from our east coast distribution facility. Please allow applicable transit times as your distance from us may impact delivery times. All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

For overnight and 2nd day shipping your order must be completed by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday to receive your order 2nd Business day or Next Business Day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next day.  

Any shipment sent FedEx Next Business Day on Friday will be delivered the next business day: Monday. Any shipment sent via FedEx 2Day Business Day on Thursday will be delivered the second business day: Monday

Continental US, AFP, APO Address

For continental US orders ABEO offers three shipping options. All orders receive complimentary (free) 5-7 business days shipping.  Customers may purchase expedited shipping (2-3 Business Days) for $15 or rush shipping (1 business day) for $25.

Alaska & Hawaii 

Orders being shipped to Alaska & Hawaii ship via FedEx 2 Business Days Delivery. For orders under $75 shipping is $25 and for orders over $75 shipping is $20

International Shipping & Puerto Rico 

ABEO offers shipping to Canada for $40.  All international orders are sent duties and taxes due on delivery.  These fees are the responsibility of the recipient; please be aware of these fees prior to submitting your order.

Shipping to Puerto Rico is available via FedEx Smart Post for $25.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages

ABEO footwear adds optional delivery insurance through Route+ at the time of purchase which includes:
  • 100% coverage of lost, stolen or damaged packages 
  • Effortless claims filing* through the Route App  
  • Basic claim resolutions within 24 hours of approval 
  • Customer service reps available 24/7 
Please note: If you do not want delivery insurance simply remove the Route item from your order before completing your purchase. ABEO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments when you opt-out of optional coverage.
