APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, And U.S. Territories Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories require an additional $15.00 over our standard shipping and order processing charges. All orders ship via Expedited (2-3 Business Days) Delivery. A surcharge of $10 will be applied to all orders.
Our return policy has been extended for 90 days for any online order that was placed after March 1,2020.
Need to return something? It’s easy at ABEO! We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from ABEO. If you are not happy with your purchase we will be happy to accept a return in most cases. Shoes must be in the condition you received them and in the original box. Returns must be accompanied by your original sales receipt.
You can return unworn merchandise purchased for regular-price or on sale for up to 30 days from the date received. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by original sales receipt or order confirmation.
For all FINAL CLEARANCE merchandise please note: All clearance items bought online and in store can only be returned for an e-gift certificate. Final clearance items must be shipped back to our distribution center.
Credit Card purchases will be credited to the original purchase credit card account.
Cash and Check purchases over $100 may not be returned for cash until 10 days after the purchase. - a check will be issued and mailed from our corporate office within 15 business days of the item being received by ABEO.
PayPal purchases will be credited to the original purchasing account.
For all "buy one, get one" promotions, customers returning purchased items will forfeit any discounts applied to the transaction.
For unworn merchandise returned without receipt, we will offer a store credit at the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.
When returning a gift for refund, at this time, ABEO is only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift.

Normal or abnormal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect. If you believe there is a defect with the merchandise, please contact our Customer Service department about returning or replacing your shoes at 1-855-274-2236.
You can start your return process online by using our return method below or the shipper of your choice, customers are responsible for shipping costs. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside of the package and notate the reason for return.

We are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit. Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise if you choose to ship back at your expense. Keep your shipping receipt until your account is credited or you receive a refund check if you paid by check or money order. You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.

If you choose to use our return label, there will be a $10.00 shipping charge deducted from your return. There is no charge for self-returned items.
