Please Note: Customers of ABEO may experience extended order processing times, extended shipping times, and return processing times due to the COVID-19's impact to our operations and shipping partners. We are doing our absolute best to serve you as quickly as we can.

Order Processing Times

ABEO process orders 6 days a week from our east coast distribution facility. Please allow applicable transit times as your distance from us may impact delivery times. All quoted shipping estimates are in business days and do not include Saturdays and Sundays.

For overnight and 2nd day shipping your order must be completed by 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time Monday through Friday to receive your order 2nd Business day or Next Business Day. Orders placed after 11:00 AM Eastern Standard Time will be processed the next day.  

Any shipment sent FedEx Next Business Day on Friday will be delivered the next business day: Monday. Any shipment sent via FedEx 2Day Business Day on Thursday will be delivered the second business day: Monday

APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii, And U.S. Territories 

Orders being shipped to APO/FPO addresses, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories require an additional $15.00 over our standard shipping and order processing charges.  All orders ship via Expedited (2-3 Business Days) Delivery.  A surcharge of $10 will be applied to all orders.

Lost, Damaged, or Stolen packages

ABEO footwear adds optional delivery insurance through Route+ at the time of purchase which includes:
  • 100% coverage of lost, stolen or damaged packages 
  • Effortless claims filing* through the Route App  
  • Basic claim resolutions within 24 hours of approval 
  • Customer service reps available 24/7 
Please note: If you do not want delivery insurance simply remove the Route item from your order before completing your purchase. ABEO is not responsible for carrier delays, lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments when you opt-out of optional coverage.

Returns

Need to return something?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchases from ABEO. We will be happy to accept a return in most cases accompanied by your original invoice.

You can return unworn merchandise purchased for regular-price or on sale for up to 30 days from the date received. All items must be returned in original box/packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned to you. If you do not have the original shipping box or inner protective packaging, you can use any shipping box or inner packaging found at your local shipping carrier or package materials store.

Returns will be credited to the original payment method. Orders paid for by money order will be refunded via check. All Final clearance items can only be returned for an e-gift certificate. When returning a gift for refund, at this time, ABEO is only able to provide the refund directly to the purchaser of the gift.
For unworn merchandise returned without receipt, we will offer a store credit at the lowest selling price within the last 30 days.

For all "buy one, get one" promotions, customers returning purchased items will forfeit any discounts applied to the transaction.

If you received an item in error, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1-855-274-2236 for further instructions on how to return this item.

If you purchased your ABEO product from another retailer other than ABEOfootwear.com please contact the seller directly to initiate a refund. If they are not willing to refund you, please contact our customer service department.

Normal or abnormal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturers defect.

If you believe there is a defect with the merchandise, please contact our Customer Service department about returning or replacing your shoes at 1-855-274-2236. 

Amazon Purchases

If you purchased your items through amazon.com they must be returned to amazon with an accompanying RMA created on amazon.com.  Items purchased through amazon that do not have an accompanying RMA will be returned to you.

How Do I Start A Return?

All items must be returned in original box/packaging and placed inside a shipping box. Any damage to the original shoe box (tape, shipping labels, or markings) will void any return and result in the items being returned to you.

In either case, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please include your invoice or order confirmation inside of the package and notate the reason for return.  If you choose to use our return label, there will be a $10.00 shipping charge deducted from your return. There are no additional charges from ABEO for self-returned items.

We are not responsible for returns lost/damaged in transit.

Insure the package for the full value of the merchandise if you choose to ship back at your expense. Keep your shipping receipt until your account is credited or you receive a refund check if you paid by check or money order. You will be required to cover the cost of return shipping.
